Q: How do we book?
A: All our bookings are now taken online, if you have any problems please email, phone or text us.
Q: When do you deliver?
A: We deliver from 8:00am during busy summer periods, we deliver on a geographical round basis. However, we try to be as flexible as possible so please ask at the time of booking if you need a specific time slot. We do of course give precise times if the hire is indoors, such as in community centres or villages halls, if the hire is for a school fete or fund-raisig event.
Q: What preparation is needed before you arrive?
A: Please make sure that any hallways, side passages, or any other access to your garden/venue are clear of obstacles etc. We require a minimum 3 foot width access depending on the size of the unit hired. Ensure that the bouncer site is free of any sharp objects, excessive mud and dog mess. We will need access to an electricity power point within 25m. If the deliverer is caused to wait while you prepare the site, you will be charged a waiting time of £10 per hour or part thereof. If the site is unsuitable we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Q: How much room do you need to erect a bouncy castle?
A: You need to add approximately 7ft to the quoted size of the castle to allow for the air blower at the back and crash mats at the front. You also need to allow about 3ft to the width of the castle to allow for movement around the sidewalls. Any overhanging trees and prickly bushes need to be pruned back.
Q: Are your castles clean?
A: Yes, we maintain our castles to a very high standard, they are cleaned and inspected after every hire.
Q: When can I book a castle?
A: Our bouncy castles are available for hire anytime. We can get very busy, particularly in the summer, so it is always best to book early in order to avoid disappointment. We will send you a confirmation of your booking by email, and a reminder email is sent out to you the night before hire.
Q: How safe are the Bouncy Castles?
A: All of our bouncy castles and slides are regularly inspected and tested, which means that they fully comply to the latest HSE guidelines for Inflatable Play Equipment. All of our electrical equipment is also regularly inspected and tested.
Q: Can I keep bouncy castles over night?
A: Unfortunatley we do not allow overnight hire.
Q: How long can I keep the bouncy castle?
A: We normally deliver in the morning and collect in the evening but we try to be as flexible as possible so please ask at the time of booking. If you hire an inflatable for only a few hours, such as for an indoor event or an inflatable for only a few hours, such as for an indoor event or an after-school activity, the price will be the same because the same amount of work is involved for us. Our normal collection times are between 4:00pm – 7:00pm.
Q: What sort of surface do you need for the castle?
A: Castles situated outdoors need to be a reasonable flat grassy area (slight slopes are OK) so that they can be staked down. The area needs to be completely free of any sharp stones, objects, excessive mud or dog mess. If the delivery staff has to wait while you prepare the sight, or if the sight is unsuitable, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Q: Can your castles go indoors?
A: Yes, our inflatable can go indoors. However, you must check that the height of the inflatable that you want to hire is below the venue’s ceiling height.
Q: Can I collect the castle?
A: Sorry, but for insurance and safety purposes, we must deliver and install the bouncer.
Please Note If you are having your castle on hardstanding outside castles & inflatables must now be anchored down by means of anchor bolts this involves us drilling holes in the hard surface and screwing in a 10 mm wide x 80 mm long bolt for each castle anchor point to keep the castle safe and secure, if you require this service there is a £10 additional charge.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking, this is very rare but sometimes circumstances are outside our control.
